Fees, rental weeks, keep or replace, cancellation and coverage are the same as shown at checkout.
How many totes do I need?
Pick a package based on your home size. 20 totes — 2 weeks: $100 for 2 weeks, including 20 totes. Each extra week is $50. 10 totes — 2 weeks: $50 for 2 weeks, including 10 totes. Each extra week is $25. 40 totes — 2 weeks: $200 for 2 weeks, including 40 totes. Each extra week is $100. Those amounts are what Book charges for the included weeks.
What’s a rental week?
Rentals are at least 2 weeks. You can add more weeks at checkout or later. Extra weeks after the included period are charged per tote per week.
Can I keep some totes?
Yes — you can keep any tote for $28 each.
What if a tote is damaged or missing?
Each damaged or missing tote is $28 — the same keep/replace fee, not a second price. A deep clean beyond normal post-rental wash is $8 per tote when it applies.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Free if cancelled 7 or more days before delivery. If you cancel 6 days or less before delivery, including the day of delivery, the fee is $25.
Do you serve this ZIP?
Free delivery within 30 miles of Ruskin. Enter your ZIP on Book — coverage is confirmed before you pay. The service-area page lists the cities you serve.
What is the missed-return fee?
If we arrive for a scheduled pickup and the totes are not ready, the missed-return fee is $45 per trip. You may extend anytime before we arrive — extending is not a late-day fee.
Is sales tax added?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated at checkout at 7.5%, the rate saved for this business. Review shows tax and the grand total before you pay.
Are tote taxis included?
Each order includes 1 free tote taxi (rolling platforms under stacked totes). Extra tote taxis are $9 each.
When do you deliver and pick up?
Delivery on the day you choose, any time during business hours (window 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Pickup on the day you choose, any time during business hours (window 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Is there a minimum or maximum order?
Smallest order is 10 totes. Maximum is 100 totes per order. Minimum rental is 2 weeks.
Not home or locked building?
If no one is home or we can't get in, a missed-return fee applies and we retry pickup. Add access notes (gate code, lockbox) before pickup day.
What if I’m not home for pickup?
You do not need to be home if the totes are outside and we can reach them. If we arrive and cannot pick up, we treat it as a missed return with a $45 missed-return fee and retry within 2 calendar days. Reschedule before we come if plans change — extra weeks are allowed anytime; the fee is only when we arrive and totes are not ready.
What if the totes are locked in a gated building?
Share a gate code, lockbox code, or a neighbor who can let us in on pickup day. Access notes are required so we can complete pickup. If we cannot enter, that stop is a missed return with a $45 missed-return fee; we retry within 2 calendar days.
What if I refuse pickup?
If you turn the driver away, we treat it as a missed return with a $45 missed-return fee and retry within 2 calendar days. The rental stays open until a successful pickup, or you keep the totes at the replace price.
