Terms of service — ToteHQ

1. Who we are

TOTEHQ LLC, doing business as ToteHQ, operates this Site for tote rental in and around Ruskin, FL. Contact: (813) 467-6996 · hello@totehq.com. Typical hours: Mon–Sun 9:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Delivery on the day you choose, any time during business hours (window 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Pickup on the day you choose, any time during business hours (window 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

2. Accounts and communications

You may sign in with an email address to manage rentals, message support, and view order status. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to receive transactional messages about your orders (email and/or SMS where offered).

If you text ToteHQ or opt in to SMS, you may receive replies about hours, coverage, packages, and booking (including a pay link). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

3. Bookings and pricing

You can add these packages to your cart. Package prices, add-ons, and extra-week rates are the rates saved for ToteHQ. A binding rental is formed when payment is authorized and we accept the order.

We deliver and pick up within about 30 miles of our base, with no extra distance fee.

20 totes — 2 weeks: $100 for 2 weeks, including 20 totes. Each extra week for this package is $50.

10 totes — 2 weeks: $50 for 2 weeks, including 10 totes. Each extra week for this package is $25.

40 totes — 2 weeks: $200 for 2 weeks, including 40 totes. Each extra week for this package is $100.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout at 7.5%, the rate saved for this business.

4. Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to our rental agreement and the cancellation fee policy in effect for your delivery timing, including: free if cancelled 7 or more days before delivery; $25 if you cancel between 6 days and 1 day before delivery; day of delivery ($25 flat cancellation fee); and on arrival (no separate on-arrival cancellation fee under current settings). Free if cancelled 7 or more days before delivery.

If you cancel between 6 days and 1 day before delivery, the fee is $25.

If you cancel on the day of delivery, the fee is $25.

On arrival (crew on site): No separate on-arrival cancellation fee under current settings.

Refunds, when due, are processed through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe) and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site (including attempting to break security, scrape without permission, or submit fraudulent bookings). We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and software are owned by ToteHQ or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Site for personal or household rental booking.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Rental equipment terms are in the Rental Agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
